Registration support

The Student Records team are hosting in person sessions to help all students with registration and ID card printing.

30 September - 3 October 2024

Teams available to support you on the day include Student Records, Visa Compliance, and the Income Team.

There will be a session on Monday 30 September, 10.30am-4 pm.

The below sessions will run between 10 am-4pm:

  • Tuesday 1 October, Wednesday 2 October, Thursday 3 October

There is also a session on Friday, 4 October, 10 am-12.30 pm.

Location: Suites A, B and C in Northampton Suite, University Building.

7 October - 11 October 2024

Late registration sessions

The below sessions will run between 11 am-3pm:

  • Monday 7 October, Wednesday 9 October, Friday 11 October

There will be an extended session on Friday 14 October, 10 am-4pm.

Please note: Late registration sessions will be located in Suite C, Northampton Suite, University Building.

The Visa compliance and Income teams will be available in person, and Student Records will be on-call via Teams.

Welcome Events in October

There are many more exciting Welcome events happening throughout October to help you settle in and make the most of your time at University.

Campus Tours

Campus Tours are available on the following dates, every 20 minutes from 11am-2pm:

Student Welcome Event at Senate House

Wednesday 2 October, 11am-4pm

You’re invited to the University of London Student Welcome event!

Enjoy free snacks and drinks, register for a library membership, connect with a wide array of clubs, societies, and teams from across the University of London federation, and tour the building and the spaces available to you, as students of the University of London.

Welcome Cost of Living Fair

Wednesday 9 October, 12pm-3pm

Join us in the Pavilion for the first Cost of Living event of the year.

There will be a focus on Financial Wellbeing to ensure you are aware of all support available to you during your studies at City St George's.

Expect info on support services, money guidance, freebies, games, cost of living tips and much more.

Annual Careers Fair

Wednesday 9 October, 11am-4.30pm

Our Annual Careers Fair is a great opportunity to network with large, multinational organisations from a range of different sectors.

This Careers Fair is open to students across all schools and programmes at City, St George's.

Volunteering Fair

Monday 14 October and Thursday 17 October
1pm - 4pm

Looking to give back and gain valuable experience?  Our 2-day Volunteering Fair is an amazing opportunity to meet a variety of partner charities and organisations seeking student volunteers.

It’s a great way to find roles that align with your interests, make a positive impact, and enhance your CV.

Student Safety event

Thursday 24 October, 11am-2pm

Join us for our Student Safety event and discover how you can stay safe in the city.

London is an exciting place to be. Just like any other city, it's so important to look after your personal safety.

Our staff and local authorities will be on hand to talk about best safety tips for preventing crimes and how to report an incident.
